Approach

Market Passion’s consulting approach follows three simple steps. This transparent structure means you always know what you are paying for and what the next step is:

STEP 1: MARKETING PLANNING SESSION
Facilitation of a half to one day planning/brainstorming session following a set proven agenda.
In our experience a planning session such as this is highly stimulating and incisive for participants! It’s also an essential mechanism to gain perspective on business marketing activities, and creates focus for future actions.

STEP 2: FORMATION OF A MARKETING PLAN or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
A full marketing plan will include:
•a SWOT analysis
•an analysis of the 5Ps (product, price, place, promotion, positioning)
•strategies and recommendations
•a plan of tasks
•a Business Development Process

The marketing plan is a valuable stand-alone document full of pragmatic advice for growing your business. It is recommended we then assist you to implement the plan, (STEP 3) although this is not mandatory (but experience tells us that without the right person driving the project, it is liable to fail).

In some instances a full marketing plan is not required. In these cases a Business Development Process is provided. The detailed and tailored process is essentially a documented flowchart of your recommended marketing and sales process:
• All steps in your marketing & sales process from unknown, to prospect to client
• What is the desired outcome of each step in the process
• A full list of resources, documents, technology for the process
• Budgets
• Implementation Plan including people allocated to tasks
• Implementation Plan – month by month schedule of tasks
• Budgets

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN
Ongoing coaching to drive the project and ensure objectives are met. Some tasks will call on our expertise, some you can handle yourselves, and some we will direct to other experts.
Implementation tasks are always allocated by taking into account resource constraints and other responsibilities so that you’re never overloaded!
